Robert Carradine ‘s cause and manner of death have been confirmed by the medical examiner less than a week after the “Lizzie McGuire” star died by suicide at 71. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office listed “sequelae of anoxic brain injury ” as Carradine’s primary cause of death, meaning he died from a lack of oxygen to the brain. His manner of death was confirmed as suicide by hanging , according to online records.
